No, as of February 1st 2024 we do not offer an exchange service, but if you are not satisfied with an item you have received, you can return it back to us for a refund using the return instructions provided above.
Unwanted orders must be returned by post and the cost of the delivery is payable by the customer.
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] before returning the order.
Ceremony of Roses UK will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
We endeavor to process refunds within 5-7 working days of receiving your return, however, please allow 14 days for your refund to be fully processed.
Once your return has been refunded, your account should be credited within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
